So its official, i am enrolled and starting my first day at * drum roll please*
Le Cordon Bleu!!!
I just came back from orientation and i have to say...it was awesome!! I hav'nt been this excited about, well just about .....anything for some time now. Kinda sad really. Okay okay, so there were those 2 months before i took off for The Amazing race, that was definately exciting, but that was more of an immediate gratification of satisfaction. Yea, something like that. This, this is my passion coming together in its truest form. Plus, i think i look super cute in my chef uniform. Biased opinion you say. Uhhh, well ofcourse!
One down side is that i have to get up at 6:30 am everyday, Monday- Friday. Its gonna be pretty hard for me because my evening hours is the only time i get to spend with my boyfriend. Now that i have to go to bed, hmm..lets say at 11:30 ( that's at least 7 hours, i might need more, we'll see ) i wont get to hang out with him as much anymore. I can also forget about going out with my friends during the week as well. I know that if i go out, i will totally get sucked in to staying later than i originally intended and than will never be able to get up so early for school. Hopefully everyone will understand, I'm quite the flaker normally anyway so maybe they wont even notice my disappearance. : )
First day of class is on Monday so i might as well have my last weekend of shenanigans and go out with a bang!
